Established in 1999 by Managing Director Graham White, Active Staff has grown into the successful business it is today.

Our team

Steve Barber

8 Years in the recruitment industry gives Steve a wide range of experience, and an excellent understanding of our area. Many local companies continue to rely on Steve for their staffing needs and he is currently running the commercial/office temps division.

Denise Taylor

Over 20 Years experience with a sound understanding of the area and local businesses. Denise concentrates her time on the permanent placements side of the business.

Kim Ralph

Kim is an extremely effective communicator at all levels and runs the industrial division. She prides herself on her service levels and accuracy of placements.

Fiona Caldwell

Fiona is responsible for most of the companies administration, including the weekly payroll. She is passionate about accuracy and ensures that all our temporary staff are paid on time!

Sue Rees

Takes care of credit control and provides administration support to Fiona. Her friendly approach and general support to the team is valued by all members of staff.

Sue has been with the company since it's conception.
