Lettings and Sales Manager
Salary depending on experience
You must hold a FULL, clean UK Drivers License & have access to a vehicle
Are you looking for an interesting and varied role? ………….Yes then this is an exciting opportunity in the Andover Area within an expanding business.
Your duties will include answering the telephone and dealing with tenants and landlords queries/ enquiries, you will also be required to visit tenants within in their property and all admin duties required in a busy lettings office. In return you will receive in house training with opportunity to take a qualification recognised by ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents)
You must have the following:
- Previous experience in lettings and property sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full, clean UK drivers license & have access to a vehicle
- IT literate
- Multi tasking skills
- Caring and conscientious work ethic
- Enthusiastic with a positive outlook
- Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Be flexible and committed to the role
Ideally you might have:
- Good local area knowledge
