Part-Time Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised administrator with great communication skills and willingness to be involved in a range of duties. This position is for an accountancy firm, so an aptitude for numbers is desireable. Daily duties include answering the telephone and speaking to clients, emailing clients and colleagues, data entry onto Excel, letter writing on Word, filing, scanning, faxing, and other ad hoc duties as and when required. Strong Microsoft Office skills and 1 year of previous experience is essential. The typical hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30, but some flexibility is available.
