Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Drive to various locations as required to perform cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on duty.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage for roles requiring travel between locations.
- A proactive approach to tasks with excellent attention to detail.
