I am pleased to be representing a local Manufacturer who are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to help drive Manufacturing and support the operations of the business.

The role of the Manufacturing Operations Manager:

• To drive Manufacturing levels and output
• Drive continuous improvements to ISO9001 standard
• Monitor and enhance employee engagement and manage the day-to-day issues
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure manufacturing is compliant
• Ensure productivity is driven to ensure orders are out on a timely manner
• Work with the Warehouse manager to make sure orders are on time and despatched accordingly

The person for the Manufacturing Operations Manager:

• Operations and Manufacturing knowledge/experience
• Knowledge of Lean, Process improvements and 5’s
• People management
• Experience working towards ISO9001
