They are looking for a detail-driven Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team in Farnham. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, quality and safety of their products.

The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager:
- Leading business-wide QA processes, ensuring food safety and product quality compliance.
- Defining and enforcing quality and food safety standards across all production lines.
- Managing consumer and retail complaints with timely and effective resolutions.
- Developing proactive risk management strategies relating to product and regulatory risks.
- Owning and maintaining HACCP plans, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement.
- Coaching and supporting on-site Quality Champions to uphold QA best practices.
- Conducting internal audits and ensuring certification standards (ISO, GFSI, FDA) are maintained.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure all inputs meet safety and quality specifications.
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning for technical issues.
- Championing continuous improvement using lean principles (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Working cross-functionally to build strong internal and external QA partnerships.
The person for the Quality Assurance Manager:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a background in improving QA systems.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Experienced in food, wellness, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and international compliance standards.
- Confident in managing supplier relationships and conducting performance reviews.
- Proven experience in building and leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Manager:
- Food Safety & HACCP Level 3 (required)
- Degree in Chemical, Food Science or related biological science (desirable)
- Qualified Lead Assessor/Auditor (desirable)
