The role of the Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer:
You will work closely with property investors, developers, and commercial clients on a wide range of matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting for property investors and developers nationwide in purchasing residential and some commercial property
- Handling a variety of commercial property transactions
- Managing some straightforward residential property matters
The person for the Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer:
- A professional qualification: Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
- At least 3 years’ experience in commercial property law
- Strong people skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Good IT skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The confidence to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to excellent client care and strong communication
- A solid track record of billing and fee generation
- A genuine desire to contribute to the growth of the property department
