7:00am – 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday with an early finish Friday, OR 7:00pm – 7:00am Monday to Friday.

Active Staff are proud to be working with a prestigious and well-established manufacturing company based in Aldershot. Due to expansion we are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis for a day shift and also another on a night shift.

The role of the Machine Operator:

• Operate a variety of machinery to process and finish high-quality products.
• Follow job-specific procedures and production schedules.
• Monitor machinery and ensure fully operational checking oil, water and air leaks and report to maintenance
• Accurately complete all required and necessary paperwork
• Ensure work is carried out in line with company policies and safety standards.

The person for the Machine Operator:

• Previous manufacturing or machining experience is preferred, though full training will be provided.
• Good level of numeracy, literacy, and basic PC skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude, with the ability to problem solve and maintain focus.
• A flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support wider production goals.
