Our prestigious Manufacturing client is looking for an administration coordinator to support the Admin Manager and other colleagues as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the orders placed through to shipment of the products.

The Role for the Administration Co-ordinator:
- Day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Order processing, invoicing, and shipping.
- Handling purchasing process from receipt of order to despatch
- Creating quotations.
- Managing loan stock system from despatch and return
- Responding to telephone and email queries
The Person for the Administration Co-ordinator:
- Must be confident within Office 365 (word, outlook, excel)
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Previous administration experience.
- Good telephone manner and customer service
