Our client is seeking an Assembly Operative to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in placing components on to Reels for SMT Machinery (training provided)

While training is provided you will be expected to work Monday to Thursday 08:30am-5pm and Friday 08:30am-3:30pm until competent to transfer to the Twilight shift.

The role of Assembly Operative:

• Assembling components onto reels ready for machining
• Ensure labelling processes are in line with working procedures
• Ensure de-kitting jobs are complete
• Relocate materials from de-kitting jobs
• Helping assist the SMT team

Experience of the Assembly Operative:

• Good with numbers
• Computer literate
• Good attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing industry (essential)
• Use of fine tools and microscopes (advantageous)
• Experience within Assembly or Electronics (advantageous)
