In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating clean room machinery, assembling high-precision components, and ensuring the delivery of quality products to customers.

The role of the Clean Room Technician:
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and safely shut down clean room manufacturing equipment.
- Assembly: Assemble die-bonded and wire-bonded microelectronic components in accordance with specifications and technical drawings.
- Quality Monitoring: Measure and monitor product quality to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document production processes to meet internal and external quality requirements.
- Issue Reporting: Identify any process or quality issues and escalate them to Engineering or Management as needed.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in ensuring machinery is well-maintained through scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to refine production processes and reduce waste.
- Stock Control: Check kits for completeness, manage stock levels of materials and consumables, inspect customer-owned parts, and help track shortages or discrepancies.
The person for the Clean Room Technician:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in Electronics, Medical, Scientific, or Laboratory sectors.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Desirable:
- Previous clean room experience.
- Familiarity with microscopes, hand tools, or precision machinery.
- Background in electronics manufacturing or a relevant industry qualification.
