Cleaning Maintenance Operative

Our client, based in Blanford are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Maintenance Operative to join their team on a part-time basis.

Key Details:

• Schedule Options: Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
• Working Hours: Between 7:00 AM and 4:45 PM
• Hours per Week: 2 hours per day, 2 days per week (total of 4 hours/week)
• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all staff and visitors.

Main Duties:

• General cleaning of office or communal areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste properly
• Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies
• Surface sanitisation and floor care (vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills
