The role of Machine Line Team Leader:

• Create and follow pick lists to ensure the right quantity of stock is ready for the machining process
• Supervise staff, monitoring quality and productivity for the assignments.
• Operate machinery equipment to manufacture goods according to specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Remove defective or faulty products and ensure they are properly addressed
• Pack completed products for shipping, ensuring they are correctly labelled and handled
• Work in collaboration with other team members and departments to meet production targets
• Fully report any stock losses, damages to product or Machinery equipment
• Label and prepare items for shipping according to organizational and shipping standards
• Provide training and coaching of staff when instructed to by their line manager
• Ensure all health and safety measures are adhered to by all employees

The person for the Machine Line Team Leader:

• Proven experience in similar role (Machining or Production)
• Strong leadership and ability to manage your own workload
• Experience of inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
