The Role
This role is a B2B Sales position, and you will be responsible for driving sales with the objective to onboard new clients that generate revenue from temporary and permanent placements.
You are also accountable for managing well-established accounts, ensuring that all client requirements for temporary and permanent vacancies across the Southern region are fulfilled.
Whilst managing your client accounts, you will also be required to dedicate time and energy into placing candidates. However, due to the industrial function already being established, you would be supported with placement fulfilment from the Resourcers within the team.
The Person
You should be conscientious, not afraid of hard work and work as part of a team. However, to be successful in the recruitment industry you will need resilience and more importantly, a sense of humour.

- From a recruitment, sales and target driven background with a history of consistent billing
- Driven with the passion to be successful
- Able to demonstrate their ability to manage and overcome challenges that the industry faces from time to time
- Professional in their business expertise
- Talented in managing client relationships and has first class communication skills
- Proficient in working with CRM systems
- Organised but also flexible when demands require it
- Able to follow processes and work to deadlines
- PC literate with an excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Office
