Technical Support Advisor
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Active Staff are proud to be working with a prestigious manufacturing company in Andover, who are looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their dynamic team. The role of the Technical Support Advisor:
- Proactively supporting customers, resellers, and Field Sales Managers as a key point of contact
- Managing customer relationships and maintaining clear lines of communication
- Responding to enquiries or directing them to the appropriate person/team
- Handling queries related to product faults, complaints, shipping issues, and upgrade requests
- Coordinating with technical and manufacturing teams to process returns, warranty claims, repairs, and modifications, and providing appropriate follow-up to the customer

- Has a strong customer service ethic
- Enjoys understanding and helping resolve technical issues
- Is a clear and confident communicator
- Is conscientious, reliable, and organised
- Is computer literate and comfortable using keyboard-based systems
- Has great attention to detail and is reasonably numerate
- Works well in a small team and collaborative environment
- Thrives on solving challenges and seeing tasks through to resolution
- Can manage a busy and varied workload
- Can actively listen and ask the right questions to get to the root of customer issues
