Hi, I’m Luke. I first joined team Active as of February 2025 as a Senior Permanent and Temporary Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing and Office Consultant and have since been promoted to the Sales Manager for the exceptional and supportive team here at Active Staff. I now get the privilege to drive this team forward, supporting all candidates and clients.
I live locally in Durrington with my fiancé Holley and my 3 beautiful children, Saint, Arabella, and Tallulah. I am a huge Arsenal, Darts and Golf fan. I spend most of my time either watching one of these sports or running around like a headless chicken after my 3 kids.
I have worked within Recruitment for the last 6 years but was made redundant end of January 2025 before joining team Active. I have specialised in helping clients and candidates find jobs in Engineering, Distribution, Manufacturing, Office/Commercial and Logistics across all levels of roles. I pride myself on giving the best service recruitment has to offer. I am knowledgeable, approachable, down to earth, friendly and want to always do my best to help clients and candidates find the ideal match with each other. I have huge fire to succeed in anything I do in life and I put my heart and soul into recruitment. I get a kick in building relationships and winning new business to form new relationships.
