I am a highly motivated enthusiastic worker with a multitude of skills. I carry out work to the highest standards, from office work to hands-on practical work over a variety of industries. These are all carried out with confidence, a genuine understanding of the process and the reasons behind them. Total customer satisfaction is always a priority. I thrive on working under pressure, especially in a highly reactive fast paced environment. I am always keen to learn new skills and transfer the ones I already know, to carry out any task to the highest possible standard. My experience to date reflects my extremely reliable, dynamic work ethic with great time management and delegation skills.

- Directly managing 10 employees including 8 installers, 1 delivery driver and my assistant.
- Scheduling our four full time teams plus three subcontracted, labour only, teams. On any given day, we could have up to another four subcontracted teams working for us, such as electricians, CCTV camera surveyors and access machine suppliers.
- I was responsible for scheduling all attendances with our clients. Firstly, I would need to check that everything was in place to carry out our installation, these included checking with our warehouse to make sure all the parts were in stock and ready to ship to site, liaising with our workshop to make sure any special items had been manufactured, confirming ETA’s with suppliers of non-stocked items. Arranging any subcontractors required to complete our works. Finally, I would need to check this fitted in with our client’s schedule on site and book it in. Many of our installs were between one to two days, so every day I would be scheduling approximately 6 jobs for the following day.

- Reduced installer turn over by half within my first year.
- I would on average receive over 100 emails a day which all had to be read, understood and most replied to.

From June 2014 to Sept 2014 I ran the department on my own whilst a replacement manager was found, due to a resignation.
- Attending site to fill labour shortages. This would often be with junior installers, which made me responsible for the install, safety on site and dealing with clients face to face.
