My client are a successful and Innovative Engineering and Manufacturing company who operate on a global scale and have seen growth over recent years due to huge success.
They are now on the lookout for a Payroll & HR Coordinator to support the business with an influx of business with opportunities for further growth.
The working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00am – 13:00pm

Pay: £16,350.00-£18,200.00 per yea
The Role of Payroll & HR Coordinator:
- Support the processing of monthly UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Manage sickness, absence and statutory leave in line with company policy and legislation
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and month-end reporting using Excel
- Process BACS payments, pension uploads and RTI submissions to HMRC
- Assist with tax year-end activities including P60s, P11Ds and reconciliations
- Respond to payroll queries and maintain payroll documentation and procedures
- Support payroll compliance for employees working abroad and payrolling of benefits
- Manage HR inbox queries and prepare employment documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system (MyHR – People XCD)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, absence administration and HR processes
- Assist with system testing (UAT), payroll data checks and organisational updates
The Person for the Payroll & HR Coordinator:
- Demonstrable Payroll experience - end to end in-house payroll processing.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments (SSP, SMP etc.).
- Experience using HR and payroll systems (ideally integrated systems).
- Strong Excel skills (including basic lookups and pivot tables).
- Experience managing HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with pension auto-enrolment processes.
- Ability to manage workload peaks and shifting priorities.
- Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment. (desirable)
- Experience producing payroll journals. (desirable)
