Salary £55,00+ (Depending on candidates skills and experience)
The ideal candidate will bring:
- a minimum 3 years experience of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage work
- be a leasehold extension and enfranchisement specialist with extensive experience
- demonstrable experience of supervision and training of junior staff – this is a key part of this role. The successful candidate will need to enjoy playing this role and be able to prove they have done so in the past
- desire to continue growing their specialist experience and knowledge
- the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
- excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
- a history of strong billing
- the ability to delegate efficiently
- be an enthusiastic team player, with great people skills
- good organisational and excellent IT skills
This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available. Whether you prefer remote working, a hybrid model, or being based at one of branch offices in Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury or Fordingbridge, your work-life balance is a priority. Candidates who can spend some time in the office will be given preference, due to the necessity of training and supervising junior staff.
