Hi, I am Lisa Armstrong and the Operations Director for Active Staff. I first joined the business back in 2004. I started my career with Active Staff as the Commercial Consultant and have since covered every desk before being appointed as the Co-Owner of the business in 2011.
I lived in and around Andover for most of my years with Active Staff until relocating to Cornwall in 2023 with my Husband Neil. We have two Sons, Tom and Sam and Grandson Noah! We enjoy spending time as a family, going on long walks, whilst stopping on the way for dinner where we can! We all enjoy travelling, in particular skiing and cruising.
My vision has always been around delivering excellence via our service levels to both clients and candidates. There is no doubt that our industry has been affected by the past few years of an uncertain economic climate. However, with drive and determination to succeed through these tough times, I am pleased to announce that we have continued to celebrate successes and have had another fruitful year. This has resulted in us growing as a team and we are now the largest Recruitment Agency in Andover. I am delighted to be driving my experienced and dedicated team to success.
