Hi my name is Lois, I live in Andover with my Husband Gage, Daughters Millie & Evie, Labrador Max and cat Rex! I have a serious addiction to everything leopard print! Clothes, bags, nails, even tattoos!
I have worked at Active Staff for over 8 years now. I was originally a Commercial Consultant, then in 2022 I moved onto looking after Compliance and Audit. In 2026, I was promoted to Group Compliance Manager and now look after all 3 of the current agencies within our group. My role now involves developing systems, procedures and policy to enhance business performance and of course keep us compliant in all aspects!
Prior to my time at Active Staff, I spent 12 years working in various local law firms as a Legal Advisor / Paralegal which certainly does come in handy here at Active Staff. I also have both legal qualifications and practicing certificates.
