Description
Our client is a well-established and growing fulfilment, logistics and contract packing business supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple sectors, including FMCG, personal care, automotive and eCommerce.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Services Advisor to join their Client Services team. This is a fast-paced operational role offering excellent variety and responsibility, acting as the key link between clients and internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of fulfilment, co-packing and production services.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM (8:00AM to 4:00PM also available)

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage client communications via email, telephone and operational systems.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Resolve service issues and escalate operational concerns where required.
- Provide proactive updates on orders, production schedules and fulfilment activities.
- Participate in client meetings and service review discussions.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients from initial handover through to go-live.
- Configure and maintain accurate client information within operational systems.
- Raise and manage work orders, fulfilment requests and operational activities.
- Liaise closely with Warehouse, Production and Transport teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor stock movements, order progress and operational timelines.
- Escalate operational risks, delays and stock issues promptly.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and commercial information.
- Support billing processes and assist with invoice query resolution.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and tracking documentation.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Support the maintenance of operational procedures and documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Client Services, Customer Service, Account Management or Operational Support role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficient IT and administrative skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within fulfilment, logistics, warehousing, co-packing, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Experience using operational management systems such as Mintsoft, Nulogy or similar platforms.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of operational processes.
