The role of the Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately completing all orders and tasks during your shift
• Reporting any issues to your supervisor to avoid operational failures
• Booking in deliveries and putting stock away in correct locations
• Meeting daily productivity targets and reporting variances if needed
• Carrying out pre-shift checks and defect reports for MHE equipment
• Supporting warehouse cleanliness and organisation (clear desk policy)
• Conducting stock takes as directed
• Ensuring clear communication with your supervisor at all times
• Adhering to all company health & safety procedures
• Flexibility to assist with additional duties as required by management

The person for the Warehouse Operative:

• No previous experience required – full training will be provided
• Training includes forklift operation and internal warehouse systems
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting as part of daily duties
• A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach is essential

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30, Friday: 08:00–16:30
(1-hour lunch break each day)
