Warehouse Operative – Swansea

We are currently seeking reliable and professional warehouse operative on an ad-hoc basis. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for flexible work that fits around other commitments.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Working any of the five days

03:00-08:00

Bank Staff for occasional shifts

• Sorting cages into relevant bays ready for dispatch
• Loading and Unloading Lorries
• Preparing parcels into relevant cages
• Ensuring attention to detail
• Keeping to timescales and deadlines
• Work within a team
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations
• Ensuring the Warehouse/Loading Bay is tidy and safe from hazards
• Some heavy lifting maybe required

The Person:

• Complete a DBS by week 4 of working.
• You will need to be reliable and have a willingness to learn and progress in the role.
• This role will involve manual handling, heavy lifting and will involve being on your feet and moving about frequently.
• You will need to have a flexible approach to your work duties and work well within a team.
• You will provide support in your team and help resolve problems and have a can-do attitude.
• Strong attendance and performance will be rewarded with more secure hours, as well as even a permanent contract at the end of the period.
