The role of the Logistics Supervisor:

• Process import & export declarations and liaise with carrier companies.
• Resolve customs issues to prevent delays in shipping.
• Build strong relationships with transport providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services.
• Provide quotes for shipping and collections to internal departments.
• Supervise the Logistics team with the movement of goods globally.
• Review and record shipping invoices and related data.
• Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams for product returns and documentation.
• Understand and communicate import/export regulations, tariffs, and duties.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Goods Inwards teams for smooth operations.
• Support warehouse operations with reporting, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
• Manage one direct report with one to one’s and daily management

The Person for the Logistics Supervisor:

• Previous experience in a logistics role
• Import/Export regulations knowledge
• Supervisory/management experience (Desirable)
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and attention to detail.
