Salary: £45,000-£60,000 (DOE)
The ideal candidate will be: a confident, well-presented, friendly and approachable solicitor or an experienced legal executive.
Experience and Skills required:
- A professional qualification – either as a solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- at least 3 years’ experience of commercial property
- great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
- good organisational, time management and IT skills
- the ability to multi-task under pressure
- the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
- excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
- a history of strong billing
If you prefer remote working, it is particularly important that you have solid experience in this area. The role requires flexibility, as you will be acting for property investors, handling a variety of residential and commercial property transactions nationwide. Your ability to manage this work effectively is essential.
