This role offers you the chance to be part of a dynamic 30-strong property team, supported by specialist onboarding and post-completion teams. You may even have the opportunity to work with a dedicated paralegal, providing you with the chance to mentor and shape the future of the profession. The team prides itself on its structured and highly successful fast-track training programme for conveyancing paralegals, ensuring you are always supported.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- at least three years of solid experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer. However, experienced candidates without formal legal qualifications are also encouraged to apply
- excellent communication skills
- great people skills
- a history of strong billing are essential
- an enthusiastic team player with
- good organisational, time management and IT skills
- ability to multi-task under pressure and a keen eye for detail
While the role is not suitable for partner-level candidates or solicitors, nor does it offer immediate management prospects, it provides a unique platform for growth within the property department. An enthusiasm for training and successful experience in training paralegals would be a bonus, though not essential.
Remote working is fully supported, but candidates must have solid experience of home working for law firms and the ability to work without direct supervision.
