Warehouse Picker/Packer

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer to join a busy team in Andover.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, has a positive attitude and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay rate of £14.00 per hour.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy and bulky items.
• Moving, handling and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are completed on time.
• Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Occasionally driving a company van to make local deliveries or collections.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience.
• Must be physically fit and confident with regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Full UK driving licence required due to occasional van driving duties.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to support other team members.
